Mina Kamouie is an English/Persian actress of Iranian origin who has built her career across theater and film in the United States. After migrating to the U.S. on a student visa, she completed her graduate studies in Economics before eventually pursuing her long-time passion for the theatrical arts.
Since 2018, Mina has been dedicating herself to acting, studying at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles under the supervision of several world-class instructors. Her training has helped shape an approach to performance centered on emotionally complex characters, vulnerability, determination, and intensity.
In 2026, she received the Best Actress award at the Sweden Film Awards for her role as Azadeh in Women’s Day, adding an international recognition to her growing body of work.
Her theatrical credits include productions such as Rabbit Hole, A Doll’s House, Closer, Annapurna, Barefoot in the Park, and Italian-American Reconciliation, among others.
